Lovely view of the bay, restaurant also has excellent views. Hotel in good spot, care with parking, free after 7.00 pm, plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. Hotel restaurant good. Breakfasts pricey but good.
Although very charming young girl checking us in was not too sure how to fix tv which didn't work. Also girl seating us in restaurant and taking order somewhat off hand. However slighly more mature ladies in restaurant were good, and lady (? poss manageress or owner) checking us out in the morning deducted one breakfast due to tv not working.

We liked the excellent location. I understand that this hotel has been taken over recently and improvement is needed ; this is being done at the moment. When finished, it will be an excellent hotel.
The bathroom was not right for a "superior" room and in need of complete refurbishment. The management gave me a discount which was very much appreciated.

The total stay was really really nice for a birthday and anniversary celebration. It was bright, spotless and with a comfy bed. The location was great, right by a river and the bay. You could walk to boutiques and shopping streets.

Very nice location, very polite and friendly staff. Excellent views over Baie de Somme. The bed was very comfortable. Village is very pretty with an interesting range of shops and some good restaurants and bars. The old part of town is particularly nice. Lovely steam train, worth the ride. Make sure you visit the aire (service station) Baie de Somme just off the a16. The tower has incredible views and a great visitor centre.
The bathroom could do with updating, nothing really wrong just a bit old and tired.

The ensuite was not particularly clean with mould in the shower cabinet. Access to the room was up very steep narrow stairs which would prevent difficulties to and one with disabilities or the elderly. Parking is a nightmare in St Valery.
